Every phone call, email, and interaction is an opportunity to provide encouragement, build trust, and help children access life-changing speech and language services.<br><br> </div><div>If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating exceptional experiences, we'd love to meet you.<br><br> </div><div>What You'll Do<br><br> </div><div>• Welcome and support families with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.<br><br> </div><div>• Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule evaluations and therapy appointments.<br><br> </div><div>• Coordinate communication with families, physicians, schools, and therapists.<br><br> </div><div>• Guide new families through the intake and onboarding process.<br><br> </div><div>• Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace and our practice management software.<br><br> </div><div>• Help improve office systems and contribute ideas as our practice grows.<br><br> </div><div>What We're Looking For<br><br> </div><div>• Excellent communication and customer service skills.<br><br> </div><div>• A friendly, confident phone presence.<br><br> </div><div>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br><br> </div><div>• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.<br><br> </div><div>• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail).<br><br> </div><div>• Comfortable learning RingCentral and other software.<br><br> </div><div>• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.<br><br> </div><div>Schedule<br><br> </div><div>• Remote position<br><br> </div><div>• Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week<br><br> </div><div>• Monday through Friday daytime hours<br><br> </div><div>• Opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the practice grows<br><br> </div><div>Why You'll Love Working With Us<br><br> </div><div>We're a therapist-owned practice that values our team as much as the families we serve.
