This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving commercial performance, coordinating cross-functional activities, and providing disciplined account management practices that support long-term growth.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who excels at customer management, analytics, business processes, and commercial execution. While experience with appliance OEMs is a plus, we are primarily seeking an individual with strong account management fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to manage customer business using facts, metrics, and data.</p><p>The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working across the U.S. and Mexico, and capable of building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Serve as the primary Account Manager for 2 appliance customer accounts.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships across purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations functions.</li><li>Track and manage account performance through a disciplined, data-based approach.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM documentation, account activity records, and customer communication logs.</li><li>Monitor quote activity, track win/loss results, and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.</li><li>Analyze customer trends, market share, revenue performance, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Support and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Manage excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory issues and coordinate recovery plans when required.</li><li>Develop account forecasts and support sales planning activities.</li><li>Coordinate customer requests and issue resolution with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and plant teams.</li><li>Prepare and present account performance reports, business analyses, and customer updates.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities and support new business development efforts within assigned accounts.</li><li>Travel regularly to customer and manufacturing locations throughout the United States and Mexico.</li></ul><h2>Travel Requirements</h2><p>This position requires regular travel to customer and manufacturing locations, including:</p><h3>United States</h3><ul><li>Benton Harbor, Michigan </li><li>North Carolina </li></ul><h3>Mexico</h3><ul><li>San Luis Potosí </li><li>Ramos Arizpe </li><li>Monterrey </li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).</li><li>3–8 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, program management, or commercial operations.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems and customer account documentation.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to interpret and communicate business data effectively.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Valid passport or ability to obtain one.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience managing OEM or manufacturing customer accounts.</li><li>Knowledge of pricing analysis, forecasting, and commercial business processes.</li><li>Experience conducting customer business reviews and presenting to leadership teams.</li><li>Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial environments.</li><li>Experience with market share analysis, revenue tracking, and sales performance metrics.</li></ul><h2>What Success Looks Like</h2><p>The successful candidate will be:</p><ul><li>A disciplined account manager rather than an order processor.</li><li>Data-driven and comfortable using facts and analytics to make business recommendations.</li><li>Proactive in identifying risks, opportunities, and customer needs.</li><li>Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability.</li><li>Comfortable engaging with executives, purchasing teams, plant leadership, and customers.</li><li>Focused on driving profitable growth while providing exceptional customer support.</li></ul><p>This role offers the opportunity to manage two highly visible strategic accounts while partnering with customers and operations teams across North America.</p></div></div>
