We're now expanding into the lifestyle and specialty retail space with a premium apparel and travel bag line built for the guy who wants to look sharp at the office, at church, or on the road — whether he's headed to a business meeting or a weekend getaway.</p><h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2><p>Stitch Golf is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to lead specialty store development across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee. This role is responsible for introducing our premium apparel and travel bag collection into the best men's specialty retailers in the territory — the shops that already carry the brands this customer trusts, from menswear boutiques to high-end golf and lifestyle stores. You will be the face of Stitch Golf's push beyond green grass and into the retail floor.</p><h2><strong>Territory</strong></h2><p>Covers Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee. Exact account assignments and any border-market adjustments will be discussed during the interview process.</p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><p>• Prospect, pitch, and open new specialty retail accounts for Stitch Golf apparel and travel bags throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee.</p><p>• Build and manage a growing book of business with premium men's retailers, from independent boutiques to multi-door specialty chains.</p><p>• Represent the full apparel and travel line in-person, presenting seasonal collections and driving sell-in at retail.</p><p>• Own the sales cycle for the territory: prospecting, presenting, closing, reordering, and account retention.</p><p>• Travel the territory regularly to call on accounts face-to-face and maintain strong in-person relationships.</p><p>• Represent Stitch Golf at regional trade shows, working the booth and generating new account leads.</p><p>• Partner with the Stitch Golf team on seasonal launches, market feedback, and territory growth planning.</p><p>• Maintain a working knowledge of the men's specialty retail landscape and competitive brands in the territory.</p><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><p>• 10+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in apparel, golf, or a related lifestyle category.</p><p>• Existing relationships with men's specialty retailers throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee — this is a relationship-first business, and a running start matters.</p><p>• A proven ability to open new doors and grow existing accounts, not just service what's already there.</p><p>• Comfortable and energized by regular road travel throughout the territory.</p><p>• Trade show experience and a willingness to work shows as part of the regular schedule.</p><p>• An entrepreneurial mindset — this territory is yours to build into a thriving, long-term business.</p><p>• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the polish to represent a premium brand in front of retail buyers.</p><h2><strong>Compensation & Support</strong></h2><p>• 10% commission on all territory sales.</p><p>• Samples and line books provided by Stitch Golf.</p><p>• Trade show travel and expenses covered when fully repping the Stitch Golf line.</p><h2><strong>How to Apply</strong></h2><p>Interested candidates should submit a resume along with a brief overview of current retail relationships within the territory.</p>
