platform.<br><br> </div><h1><strong>Position Overview</strong></h1><div>The <strong>Manager, Revenue Systems & Processes</strong> is responsible for the day-to-day ownership, administration, and continuous improvement of Stonegrove's revenue systems.<br><br> </div><div>Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role focuses on configuring, improving, documenting, and supporting the systems that power our lead-to-cash operating model across every Partner.<br><br> </div><div>This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through technology.<br><br> </div><div>You'll work at the intersection of business operations and systems, partnering with field teams, Partner leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to improve CRM workflows, integrations, reporting, automation, and user adoption.<br><br> </div><div>If you enjoy building systems that people actually use, this role is for you.<br><br> </div><h1><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h1><div>Revenue Systems & CRM<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Configure and maintain AccuLynx workflows, pipelines, fields, permissions, templates, and operating standards. </li> <li> Support configuration and administration of HubSpot, CompanyCam, financing platforms, estimating tools, and other revenue systems. </li> <li> Execute approved system improvements while maintaining documentation and change control. </li> <li> Partner with developers and technical resources on APIs, integrations, automation, and workflow enhancements. </li> </ul><div>Data Quality & Reporting<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Monitor system usage and identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data. </li> <li> Lead CRM cleanup initiatives and improve data quality across the platform. </li> <li> Improve lead source tracking, workflow accuracy, financing visibility, and reporting inputs. </li> <li> Partner with reporting teams to ensure dashboards and analytics are built on reliable system data. </li> </ul><div>Systems Integrations & Automation<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Support integrations between CRM, ERP, reporting, and operational platforms. </li> <li> Work alongside developers to troubleshoot data flow, synchronization issues, and automation opportunities. </li> <li> Document system architecture, field mapping, workflow dependencies, and integration logic. </li> <li> Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable automation while maintaining data integrity. </li> </ul><div>Partner Rollouts & Enablement<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Support CRM implementations across existing and newly acquired Partners. </li> <li> Participate in system audits, cleanup efforts, rollout planning, and post-launch support. </li> <li> Build practical training materials, SOPs, walkthroughs, and job aids. </li> <li> Train office staff, sales teams, and production users on standardized workflows and best practices. </li> <li> Develop local Partner champions to support long-term adoption. </li> </ul><div>Governance & Documentation<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Maintain system documentation, workflow standards, and configuration change logs. </li> <li> Monitor administrative permissions and recommend governance improvements. </li> <li> Help protect the integrity of Stonegrove's operating systems while balancing standardized processes with operational flexibility. </li> </ul><h1><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h1><ul> <li> 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or process improvement. </li> <li> Experience configuring and administering CRM platforms (AccuLynx strongly preferred). </li> <li> Experience working with APIs, integrations, automation tools, or connected business systems. </li> <li> Strong understanding of lead-to-cash business processes and operational workflows. </li> <li> Experience improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and CRM adoption. </li> <li> Comfortable documenting processes, creating SOPs, and training end users. </li> <li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li> Comfortable working with both technical teams and field operations. </li> <li> Willingness to travel to Partner locations as needed. </li> </ul><h1><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h1><ul> <li> Roofing, restoration, construction, or home services. </li> <li> AccuLynx administration and workflow configuration. </li> <li> Sage ERP or financial system integrations. </li> <li> HubSpot, CompanyCam, JobNimbus, or ServiceTitan. </li> <li> Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or reporting platforms. </li> <li> Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Make, etc.). </li> <li> Experience supporting private equity, multi-location, or
