<p></p><p>About the Role</p><p> </p><p>We are seeking a Local Customer Sales Manager to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth across key local markets in the United States.</p><p> </p><p>The role focuses on acquiring and managing local logistics and e-commerce customers while building long-term business relationships.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories</li><li>Acquire customers from:</li><li>Warehouses and fulfillment centers (3PLs)</li><li>Local e-commerce sellers</li><li>Retail and distribution businesses</li><li>Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplace sellers</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships</li><li>Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions</li><li>Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul><p>KPIs</p><ul><li>New customer acquisition</li><li>Revenue growth</li><li>Package volume growth</li><li>Customer retention rate</li></ul> <p></p><ul><li>3+ years of sales or business development experience</li><li>Experience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred</li><li>Proven track record in customer acquisition</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li></ul><p></p> <p></p><ul><li>Base Salary: </li><li>$80,000 – $140,000+Commission </li></ul><ul><li>7 PTO days</li><li>5 Paid Sick Leave Days</li><li>6 Paid Holidays</li><li>401K </li><li>Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD </li></ul>
