By joining tapouts, you are not just taking on a job but using your talents for a deeply rewarding cause.</p><p>About the role</p><p>We seek energetic and experienced coaches to lead and facilitate online group sessions for youth. As a tapouts Coach, you will have the opportunity to create a fun, engaging, and supportive virtual environment where kids can learn and grow.</p><p>As a tapouts Coach, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead engaging online group sessions for youth ages 4-16 years</li><li>Deliver educational activities and games that foster social, emotional, and educational growth</li><li>Build positive relationships with participants and create an inclusive space</li><li>Encourage active participation and facilitate group discussions</li><li>Monitor and assess individual and group progress</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Mandatory)</li><li>Master's degree (preferred)</li><li>Coaching certification (preferred)</li><li>5+ years of experience working with youth in a group setting</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite</li><li>Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week to provide coaching within tapouts peak hours: Weekends (6am-8pm PT).
