<p>Description</p><ul><li>Lead CEQA document preparation and ensure procedural and technical accuracy for northern LA and Kern County projects.</li><li>Prepare EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings for projects of varying size and complexity.</li><li>Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts.</li><li>Support private clients and government agencies with CEQA procedural guidance.</li><li>Manage scopes of work and schedules across a portfolio of LA and Kern County projects.</li><li>Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p> </p><ul><li>Minimum 8 years of CEQA document preparation experience across EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings.</li><li>Experience managing project teams and client relationships.</li><li>Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.</li><li>Effective and polished communicator</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with northern Los Angeles and/or San Diego County jurisdictions and agencies preferred. </li></ul>
