You will work closely with our culinary</p><p>team to identify client needs, provide exceptional support, and develop long-term</p><p>relationships. In addition, you will work closely with our team of chefs, ensuring they are</p><p>provided with a respectful and joyful workplace.</p><p>Client communication is paramount at TSC. You will assess incoming client</p><p>communication, leads, and questions and determine what comes next. You will reach</p><p>out to existing clients for client retention check-ins and work with our chefs to support</p><p>lasting client relationships. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>The Client Success Manager (CSM) owns the client relationship from the moment a new client is handed off by the Sales team. <u>The CSM is accountable for client experience, retention, communication, and reengagement</u> - making sure every client is supported, gets consistent value from their chef, and chooses to stay with Tiny Spoon Chef for the long term.</p><p>The CSM is equal parts relationship manager, problem-solver, and client advocate. The CSM works to build trust, resolve challenges, and ensure clients continue to see value in their relationship with Tiny Spoon Chef.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>Wage: $50,000-$54,000 </p><p>Bonus based on quarterly KPI’s</p><p><br/></p><p>Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a start time around 8:00 AM MST end time 5:00 PM MST. Some evening work is required, and an additional hour on Sundays may be needed for time-sensitive correspondence follow-up on rotation with the Client Success Team. While this is a fully remote position, you may be required to travel to in-person meetings 1-2 times a year.</p><p><br/></p><p>Please note that we use E-Verify to electronically confirm Form I-9 information to verify employee's identity and employment eligibility.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Retirement Plan, 401k and 401k Matching</li><li>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance (After 90 days of employment)</li><li>Short & Long Term Disability</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Accident & Critical Illness Insurance</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>Dependent Care Account (DCA)</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Profit Sharing</li></ul><p><strong>Core Purpose and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Own the Client Experience</strong> - Own the client relationship from Sales handoff through ongoing service, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, strong chef-client match, and proactive support through the first five visits and beyond.</li><li><strong>Strengthen Relationships & Drive Retention </strong>- Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, personalized support, and regular engagement that keeps clients satisfied, active, and committed to long-term service.</li><li><strong>Manage Communication & Resolve Concerns </strong>- Serve as the trusted bridge between clients, chefs, and TSC, setting clear expectations, facilitating effective communication, managing logistics, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li><strong>Drive Reengagement & Win-Back </strong>- Identify at-risk and lapsed clients, understand the reasons for disengagement, and lead efforts to rebuild relationships and restore service.</li><li><strong>Generate Advocacy & Referrals </strong>- Turn exceptional client experiences into growth by proactively generating referrals, reviews, testimonials, and word-of-mouth advocacy.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Qualification and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in client success, account management, hospitality, or another relationship-driven service role.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - warm, clear, and professional in every interaction.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many client relationships at once without losing detail.</li><li>A proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues rather than reacting to them.</li><li>Comfortable with data - tracking KPIs, interpreting NPS, and reporting clearly on performance.</li><li>A natural relationship-builder who is genuinely motivated by client happiness.</li><li>Confident asking for referrals and able to recognize the right moment to do so.</li><li>Calm, diplomatic, and fair when mediating between a client and a chef.</li><li>Self-directed and accountable; treats retention, satisfaction, and growth as personal responsibilities.</li><li>Comfortable with CRM and communication tools, and quick to learn new systems.</li></ul>
