<p>Join <a href="https://bit.ly/46a756U" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Toshiba America Business Solutions</a> as an <strong>Systems Support Specialist I </strong>working <strong>remotely.</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>Responsible for client systems support (remote) troubleshooting and array of routine technical problems related to networks, connectivity, systems and applications.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve systems support problems remotely (networks, interface, connectivity and applications related). Gather call information in order to identify root cause analysis of the problem.</li> <li>Work with customers to resolve technical issues.</li> <li>Advise customers on possible solutions as required. Escalate problems that are not resolved according to department escalation process.</li> <li>May be required to visit customer site occasionally.</li> <li>May provide support and training to customers in loading drivers, adding workstations, software applications and other instructional use information.</li> <li>Stay abreast of current technology, through reading and formal training, webinars and research.</li> <li>Complete required Company training as assigned.</li> <li>Prepare and submit all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li> <li>Minimum 1-year related experience in a combination of the following areas; IT support, networking systems, connectivity and related software, knowledgeable in hardware and software industry.
