The intern will help summarize and synthesize Connor Whole Health initiatives and programs to communicate their implications for organizational strategy, health system implementation, reimbursement, and broader public policy. Example projects may include examining the cost implications of implementing health coaching programs, assessing the implications of Medicare changes to Shared Medical Appointment reimbursement, identifying opportunities to align Whole Health services with value-based care models, and exploring policy changes that would allow chiropractors and licensed acupuncturists to bill for services. The ideal candidate will have strong written and communication skills, the ability to synthesize large amounts of complex information and communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders at both organizational and public policy levels, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
