This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who excels in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.</p> <h4>What You’ll Do</h4> <p>As a Regional Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Retail Independent Community and LTC Closed- Door Pharmacy within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for growing sales, strengthening relationships, and helping customers improve profitability through our services and solutions.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Driving sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and expansion of existing accounts</p> </li> <li> <p>Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy customers</p> </li> <li> <p>Conducting regular customer visits, business reviews, and strategic discussions to address operational and industry challenges</p> </li> <li> <p>Serving as a subject matter expert on company services and offerings, tailoring solutions to meet each customer’s needs</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyzing territory and customer sales trends, understanding competitive dynamics, and delivering results that meet or exceed company goals</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing daily communications (email, phone, text) while consistently representing the company in a positive, professional manner</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including responsible expense management</p> </li> </ul> <h4>Work Environment & Travel</h4> <ul> <li> <p>This role operates from a home office, personal vehicle, and customer retail pharmacy locations</p> </li> <li> <p>Extensive regional travel is required</p> </li> <li> <p>Periodic supervision and support are provided</p> </li> </ul> <h4>What We’re Looking For</h4> <ul> <li> <p>Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven, expert-level customer service skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent time management, organization, and analytical skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines</p> </li> <li> <p>Confidence using phone, email, and technology tools to manage customer relationships</p> </li> <li> <p>A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</p> </li> </ul> <h4>Physical Requirements</h4> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to sit for extended periods, drive frequently, and travel extensively</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to use standard office equipment and technology</p> </li> <li> <p>Close visual acuity and sustained mental concentration for data analysis and customer engagement</p> </li> </ul> <h4>Additional Requirements</h4> <ul> <li> <p>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</p> </li> <li> <p>No direct supervisory responsibilities</p> </li> </ul> <h4>Why Join Us?</h4> <p>You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that values relationships, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
