<h3>Requirements</h3><li>Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design.<br></li><li>Hands-on experience developing and delivering training for <b>IRS Notice Development using OpenText Exstream (formerly HP Exstream)</b>.<br></li><li>Experience creating structured learning paths, training documentation, and technical curricula.<br></li><li>Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and collaboration/project management tools such as Jira.<br></li><li>Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.<br></li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.<br></li><li><b>Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.</b><br></li> <div> <br> </div><br> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
