This role serves as the primary point of contact for onboarding, device setup, and customer education, helping users become confident and successful with our products and services. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and takes pride in ensuring every new partner and customer is set up for long-term success.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Guide new partners and customers through the onboarding process from initial setup to successful implementation.</li><li>Configure and set up new devices, ensuring they are ready for use and functioning properly.</li><li>Provide basic training on device operation, system features, and best practices to ensure customer confidence and adoption.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.</li><li>Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with internal technical support teams when advanced assistance is required.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records, onboarding documentation, and service notes. Volunteer readily and look for ways to improve and create successful outcomes, positively contributes to overall work environment.</p><p><strong>Respect &amp; Integrity</strong> – Treat people with respect, work ethically and with honesty and integrity, inspire the trust of others, demonstrate appreciation and sensitivity for cultural differences, help promote inclusion and understanding of the value of diversity, embrace differences and support a harassment-free environment.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Minimal Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, customer success, onboarding, or technical support.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Comfortable learning and explaining technology to users with varying levels of technical experience.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience setting up and supporting electronic devices or hardware.</li><li>Strong presentation and training skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>A positive, patient, and customer-first attitude.</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong> None.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Travel:</strong> 20%, North America – as needed.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> Frequently required to sit, speak, hear, see, and perform repetitive motion (data entry). Occasionally required to lift or carry (10 lb. minimum).
