The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new prospects, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with technical content writers to support lead generation and conversion.</span></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities for software development and custom IT solutions<br>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets<br>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners</p> <ul><li>Lead and guide a team of <strong>technical content writers</strong> to create sales-enabling content (case studies, proposals, whitepapers, blogs, presentations, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging with customer needs</li><li>Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and solution demos</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements</li><li>Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management</li><li>Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums</li></ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><br>Bachelor&#x2019;s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field</p> <ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>B2B sales</strong>, preferably in software development, IT services, or custom solutions</li><li>Strong understanding of software development services (web, mobile, cloud, custom applications, etc.)</li><li>Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management</li><li>Ability to lead and collaborate with technical content writers and cross-functional teams</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset</li></ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience selling custom software solutions to international clients</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of content-driven sales and inbound lead generation</li><li>Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales or content team</li></ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to work with innovative software solutions and global clients</li><li>Career growth and leadership development opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and fast-paced work environment</li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
