<p>Our Clinical Pharmacists then engage directly with members to build trust and develop tailored care plans. Through the Walrus mobile app, members gain access to:</p><ul><li>On-demand chat with licensed pharmacists</li><li>Tailored health polls based on their conditions</li><li>Real-time symptom and side-effect tracking</li><li>AI-identified prompts activated by members</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with other Walrus team members on clinical and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Participate in client and prospect calls as needed.</li><li>Provide clinical coverage outside of standard business hours when required.</li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree </li><li>Active pharmacist license in good standing in Illinois and at least one additional U.S.  state. </li><li>Must reside and be authorized to work in a U.S. state.</li><li>Completion of an accredited residency program  (PGY-1 or  PGY-2)</li><li>2+ years experience working directly with patients and healthcare providers..</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound judgments.</li><li>Possess strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with databases and reporting tools.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of drug administration and disease state management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, direct patient care.</li><li>Comfortable working in a remote environment and willing to travel as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Multi-state pharmacist licensure</li><li>Experience working in digital health with virtual care platforms.</li><li>Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP) or equivalent certification. </li></ul> <ul><li>$50-$70 per hour based on candidate experience and fit for position</li><li>Remote position</li></ul>
