About the role

If you love talking to people, thrive on competition, and don't mind making hundreds of calls every day...keep reading.

This is not a customer service role.
This is not a "check your emails and attend meetings" kind of job.

This is a high-volume outbound sales opportunity where your success is simply, picking up the phone, making the calls, booking the qualified appointments, and repeating it all over again. You'll spend the majority of your time dialing prospects, having conversations, overcoming objections, following up, and filling calendars for our sales team.

What you'll do

Make 500+ outbound calls every day to prospective customers
Engage prospects using proven scripts, systems, and sales processes
Build rapport quickly and confidently navigate objections
Identify qualified prospects and book appointments for our Enrollment Advisors
Execute follow-up sequences and call cadences consistently
Accurately track activity and results inside our CRM

Success in this role looks like consistently achieving:

500+ outbound dials per day
8+ qualified appointments booked per day
20%+ Sales Per Booking (SPB)
Consistent execution of required follow-up activities and call processes

You're a great fit if you...

Have 2-3+ years of sales experience
Have previous experience in outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or cold calling
Have excellent spoken English with clear, professional communication
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
Have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Genuinely enjoy being on the phone for extended periods of time
Are resilient and don't take rejection personally
Can maintain energy and focus through repetitive daily activity
Are competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results

Availability & Commitment

This is a contractor role, which means you have flexibility but when you commit to working, we expect you to show up and perform. Reliability is critical.

Be reliable. Work the schedule you commit to and be online, prepared, and ready to dial at your scheduled start time.
Your income is in your hands. The more consistently you work and perform, the more opportunities you have to earn. This role rewards effort and execution.
We're looking for commitment, not a side hustle. We have a consistent volume of leads and are looking for professionals who want dependable, ongoing work, not someone who logs in only when it's convenient.
Consistency matters. Success in this role comes from showing up every day, building momentum, and executing the process. If your availability frequently changes or you're unable to maintain a consistent schedule, this probably isn't the right fit.
Communication is expected. If something unexpected comes up, communicate as early as possible. Reliability and professionalism are essential to our team.
