THE ROLE:  * This position will report to the: Recruiting Manager * Travel Requirement: Occasional * Location: Remote, Southern California Area * FLSA Status: Exempt * Employment Category: Full time regular * Pay Range: $77,000-$85,000     JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is primarily responsible for full-cycle recruiting support for production, manufacturing, and warehouse roles across Generous Brands. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, screen qualified candidates, and support an efficient hiring process.  While the primary focus of this position will be high-volume production and operations recruitment, this role may also support other recruiting needs across the business as assigned. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and able to apply consistent recruiting practices across different functions while operating within established TA processes and expectations.  JOB DUTIES:  * Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and pre-employment follow-up.  * Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, staffing needs, shift details, must-have qualifications, and urgency of open positions.  * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruiting resources.  * Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, community partnerships, walk-ins, direct outreach, and local recruiting sources.  * Screen candidates for job fit, availability, work history, qualifications, and alignment with business needs.  * Provide timely updates to hiring managers and TA leadership on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, roadblocks, and next steps.  * May support additional recruiting needs across the business as assigned, based on department priorities and business needs.  * Ensure candidates move through the recruiting process efficiently while maintaining professional and consistent experience.  * Follow established recruiting processes, documentation expectations, compliance requirements, and applicant tracking system practices.  * Use judgment and critical thinking to resolve recruiting challenges, escalate concerns appropriately, and keep hiring activity moving.  * Support hiring events, job fairs, and other high-volume recruiting efforts as needed.  * Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity records.  * Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback, trends, and opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.  * Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.  REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  * Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, production, or high-volume hourly roles.  * Strong communication and follow-up skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.  * Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  * Strong judgment and ability to work independently within established processes.  * Comfortable sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for high-volume operational roles.  * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.  * Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.  * Positive, team-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency.  * Ability to identify roadblocks, communicate concerns, and recommend practical solutions.  * Professional, respectful communication style with a diverse employee and candidate population.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.  * 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, or high-volume environments.  * Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.  * Experience using an applicant tracking system.  * Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record may be required based on business needs.  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.  * Experience supporting multi-site recruiting.  * Experience with hiring events, community partnerships, or high-volume staffing strategies.  * PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification a plus.  PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  * Frequent use of hands and fingers dexterously to operate office equipment  * Must be able to sit for an extended period of time during work period  * May require occasional travel to company locations, recruiting events, or community partner sites.  HOURS & WORKDAYS:  * 1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm) Monday through Friday, when business requires before/after hours will be mandatory  WHAT WE OFFER plus more!   Our rich benefits packages are designed to support the health and well-being of both our eligible team members and families.  * Medical, Dental & Vision * Group Life and AD&D  * Voluntary Life and AD&D  * Group Short & Long-Term Disability  * 401(k)  * Paid Time Off * Flexible Spending Accounts  * Employee Assistance Program  * Gym Membership Discounts EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY  We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culturally diverse organization.
