As we value work-life balance, please only apply if you're based within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone. </p><p>Our Partner Client Experience (PCX) Ops Team is looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and client‑focused professional to join us as a PCX Operations Associate. </p><p>In this role, you’ll be the link between our clients, partners, and global talents employed through WorkMotion’s partner network. You’ll coordinate the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to contract changes and offboarding, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and human‑centred experience at every step. </p><p>Why this role? <br />If you thrive in dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environments, enjoy connecting teams and spotting operational improvements, and take pride in creating clarity from complexity, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of WorkMotion’s global impact. </p><p></p><p>What you will do as an Operations Associate </p><ul><li>Own the complete talent lifecycle from onboarding through contract changes to offboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions at every stage. </li><li>Coordinate seamlessly between clients, talents, and partners to resolve queries, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication channels. </li><li>Manage contract modifications and employment changes with precision, ensuring all parties are aligned and documentation is accurate. </li><li>Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in partner workflows, proposing improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. </li><li>Support talent and client queries with empathy and expertise, building trust through transparent, solution-focused communication. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive case oversight across multiple ongoing projects, prioritising effectively while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged. </li></ul> <p></p><ul><li>2-4 years' experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or partnership coordination, with proven ability to handle HR queries and employeerelated processes. </li><li>Strong project management and organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and complex workflows. </li><li>Excellent relationship-building abilities, able to naturally create trust and maintain professional connections across diverse teams.</li><li>Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues before they escalate. </li><li>Outstanding written and spoken English, with natural ability to communicate clearly across different audiences and cultures. </li><li>Adaptable and resilient, able to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly when priorities or requirements change. <br /></li></ul><p></p><p>Desirable (but not required): </p><ul><li>Experience in EOR, HR operations, or international workforce management. </li><li>Familiarity with partner management, ticketing or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce). </li><li>Understanding of contract management or compliance processes in global employment. </li><li>Additional languages such as German. </li></ul> <p></p><ul><li>Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
