Family plans are also available with a portion paid by team members</li><li>Annual profit-sharing bonus</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li><li>401K with company match and safe harbor contributions</li><li>Work environment focused on high quality and safety standards</li></ul><p>What you’ll be doing:</p><ul><li>Supervising and leading a team of Demand Planning Specialists responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer demand and forecast entries while resolving order parameter violations.</li><li>Overseeing the forecasting process to ensure accurate, data-driven results</li><li>Optimizing inventory levels across facilities to support customer needs while maintaining inventory goals</li><li>Analyzing data to lead continuous improvement efforts in the forecasting process</li><li>Identifying, discussing, and solving inconsistencies within raw EDI transmissions and Kinetic behavior</li><li>Collaborating with teams to ensure inventory with business and customer goals</li><li>Supporting resolution of inventory discrepancies and challenges</li><li>Building engaged and empowered teams</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. That growth has provided an opportunity to further expand our vision with our customers and increase our capacities.</p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p>What we are looking for:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED (required)</li><li>4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or another relevant field (preferred)</li><li>In lieu of 4-year degree, a 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)</li><li>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency</li><li>Ability to maintain professional demeanor in a variety of settings</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Advanced inventory management skills including forecasting</li><li>Building and sustaining a healthy team and culture</li><li>Continuous Improvement application and/or leadership</li><li>Experience with Epicor ERP system</li></ul>
