The leader will oversee the development of end-to-end connectivity solutions, including structured cabling systems, fiber optic infrastructure, labeling standards, and physical layer architecture required to support next-generation AI, GPU, and enterprise workloads.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>The role requires close collaboration with engineering, sales, deployment, customer, partners and operations teams to ensure scalable, standardized, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements and industry best practices. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:</span></span> <span><span><strong>Essential Requirements </strong></span></span> <ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px"> <li> <p class="xmsonormal"><span><span>2 years of experience leading data center cabling projects across multi sites with coordination of engineering, operations, partners, and customers with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.</span></span></p></li> <li> <p class="xmsonormal"><span><span>Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as a credible onsite lead and advisor to technical teams, vendors, contractors, customer executives, and internal leadership simultaneously.</span></span></p></li> <li> <p class="xmsonormal"><span><span>Ability to hire, lead and manage technical team.</span></span></p></li> <li> <p class="xmsonormal"><span><span>Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% to customer data center sites, including extended onsite rotational periods as project demands require.</span></span></p></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in"><span><span><strong>Desirable Requirements </strong></span></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px"> <li> <p class="xmsonormal"><span><span>College degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering / Construction</span></span></p></li> <li> <p class="xmsonormal"><span><span>A genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging technologies — particularly experience with AI data center networking technologies and high-performance fabrics such as InfiniBand, NVIDIA NVLink, and 400G/800G Ethernet. </span></span></p></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p style=" margin-bottom: 0in"> </p>
