These are high-ownership, hands-on roles for engineers who want to be close to the code and architecture.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Location: </strong>San Francisco (onsite) / some roles are NYC or USA (remote)</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li class="">8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of end-to-end ownership</li><li class="">AI-forward mindset, you build with and on top of AI as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought</li><li class="">Full-stack capability with comfort owning architecture, infrastructure, and deployment</li><li class="">Experience shipping production systems at scale with real users and real stakes</li><li class="">Strong technical instincts, you push for simpler designs, good observability, and strong engineering culture</li><li class="">Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in early-stage environments</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>About the Roles:</strong></div><ul><li class="">End-to-end ownership across product, infra, and architecture</li><li class="">Work directly with founders and small teams, no layers, no bureaucracy</li><li class="">Ship fast, iterate, and have a real say in technical direction</li><li class="">Build AI-native features, integrations, and systems from the ground up</li></ul><div><br></div><div>A note: several of these teams are specifically looking for engineering leaders who want to return to being hands-on individual contributors.
