This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules using <strong>Primavera P6</strong>, while collaborating closely with project managers, construction teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules in <strong>Primavera P6</strong>.</li> <li>Establish and update baseline, current, and recovery schedules.</li> <li>Monitor project progress, milestones, critical path activities, and key deliverables.</li> <li>Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance/cause analysis.</li> <li>Identify schedule risks, delays, dependencies, and potential impacts to project timelines.</li> <li>Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and executive-level progress updates.</li> <li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractor teams.</li> <li>Support forecasting efforts and identify opportunities for schedule optimization.</li> <li>Analyze delays and contribute to recovery and mitigation planning.</li> <li>Ensure schedule integrity and alignment between planned and actual progress.</li> <li>Participate in project planning, coordination, and scheduling meetings.</li> </ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></div><ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a <strong>Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls Scheduler</strong>.</li> <li>Strong, hands-on experience with <strong>Primavera P6</strong>.</li> <li>Experience on <strong>data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction projects</strong>.</li> <li>Solid understanding of construction scheduling principles, including critical path method, dependencies, and resource loading.</li> <li>Experience with baseline management, schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting.</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.</li> </ul><div></div> </div> <p>Flexible work from home options available.</p>
