Responsibilities: Engage and communicate with prospective customers in the German-speaking market using various digital channels. Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales presentations and digital solutions. Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation through to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and feedback. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital sales landscape. Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and performance goals. Fluent in German, with strong communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage. At least 1 year of experience in digital sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is preferred. Willingness to relocate to Poland with support provided for relocation.
