<p><strong>Who we are</strong></p><p>Signa is a global platform that detects counterfeit products across social media, marketplaces, and search engines, collecting digital evidence and eliminating illicit content at scale. We work with global brands like P&G, Opella, and Roche to protect their intellectual property online.<br><br><strong>What does this role do?</strong></p><p>This person is on the front lines of our investigation operation. They validate what our automated tools find, collect digital evidence, and make sure every takedown request is executed correctly. They are detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working with digital tools in a fast-moving environment.</p><p><br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct targeted manual searches across the internet to detect trademark misuse and illicit content</p></li><li><p>Compare manual findings with automated tool results, identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities</p></li><li><p>Extract and validate digital evidence that meets predefined legal and technical standards</p></li><li><p>Directly contact content publishers assuming different roles (buyer, interested user, customer) to gather relevant evidence</p></li><li><p>Review and correct interactions generated by the automated conversational agent</p></li><li><p>Oversee compliance with controlled purchase protocols, both remote and in-person</p></li><li><p>Monitor and verify that content takedown requests are executed correctly and on time</p></li><li><p>Report bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement suggestions to the product and development team</p></li><li><p>Document processes and support their eventual automation</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in digital investigation, or a strong interest in developing it</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with digital tools, full training provided</p></li><li><p>Professional use of AI tools is a plus</p></li><li><p>Native or bilingual Spanish, bilingual English (required)</p><p><br><strong>What we offer</strong></p></li><li><p>100% remote</p></li><li><p>Full-time contract</p></li><li><p>Health insurance coverage</p></li><li><p>Vacation days</p></li><li><p>Maternity and paternity leave</p></li><li><p>Multicultural team across Latam and beyond</p></li><li><p>Work at the intersection of technology, law, and digital operations</p></li><li><p>Direct impact on global brand protection</p></li></ul>
