Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier program, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. </p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p><br> <strong>Turner & Townsend</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Construction Scheduler</strong> to join our Data Center team based in the U.S. and support the successful delivery of complex data center construction projects across the United States. This role will contribute to the planning, scheduling, and execution of mission-critical facilities, including new builds, expansions, and retrofit work.</p><p>The Senior Scheduler will collaborate with project teams, contractors, clients, and key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scheduling, project controls, schedule risk analysis, and resource planning, with the ability to effectively support project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver high-quality scheduling services in a client-facing environment.</p><p><strong>Remote work flexibility is provided for this role, however, projects may require periodic travel and onsite support, typically 25-50% of the time depending on project needs. </strong>We strive to provide flexibility and will work with employees to accommodate reasonable travel preferences and geographic considerations whenever feasible. </p><p><strong>Candidates for this role must be physically based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Remote work is permitted only from within the United States; </strong>candidates located outside the U.S. cannot be considered<strong> </strong>for<strong> remote </strong>employment.</p><p><br> <br> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Travel to project sites as needed to support project delivery and schedule management activities.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project and program schedules using Primavera P6 within a multi-project environment.</li><li>Integrate schedule information from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and construction teams into master program schedules.</li><li>Support implementation of project planning and scheduling standards, processes, and best practices across data center construction programs.</li><li>Partner with project and construction teams to maintain schedule integrity and ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.</li><li>Monitor schedule performance, progress updates, and forecasting to identify potential delays, constraints, and recovery opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate and consolidate multiple sources of schedule data into integrated reporting platforms and program-level dashboards.</li><li>Prepare and deliver project status reports, schedule narratives, and executive-level presentations for internal and client stakeholders.</li><li>Generate and maintain milestone schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules to support project execution and decision-making.</li><li>Perform schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, and what-if scenario modeling to evaluate project impacts.</li><li>Analyze schedule variances against baseline plans and provide recommendations for corrective actions and recovery strategies.</li><li>Evaluate schedule impacts related to scope changes, design revisions, procurement activities, and change orders.</li><li>Facilitate schedule review meetings and work closely with project teams to proactively resolve scheduling challenges.</li><li>Support project controls reporting and governance requirements, including compliance with applicable company and client standards.</li><li>SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. </li></ul><p> </p><ul></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p> </p><ul><li>Experience working in mission critical environments is preferred including commissioning activities.</li><li>Construction experience- i.e. “boots on the ground.” This is site-level construction experience who knows the construction process.</li><li>Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program is required.</li><li>Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.</li><li>A background in Project Controls is beneficial.</li><li>Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction sequencing is required.</li><li>Being able to work independently is crucial.</li><li>Capable of producing detailed concept level schedules from limited project information. Identifying major phases through that timeline and be able to determine and discuss dependencies.</li><li>Working closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced without compromising your independence as a scheduler so you are in a position to advise project management on issues requiring judgment.</li><li>Knowledge of system start-up sequences and major dependencies.</li><li>Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.</li><li>BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related field; or demonstrated equivalent and related experience.</li><li>PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial.</li><li>EIT certification Preferred.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><br> <strong><em>*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs.</em></strong></p><p>The base salary range for this role is $140K-$200K USD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
