As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting finance and controlling processes, partnering with business and cross-functional teams to deliver functional solutions that improve performance and support ongoing operations.</p>Responsibilities<ul><li>Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling.</li><li>Configure and support SAP FICO processes in SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.</li><li>Support solution design, impact assessments, and process improvements.</li><li>Perform functional testing, integration testing, and UAT support.</li><li>Support incidents, change requests, and enhancement activities.</li><li>Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.</li><li>Prepare functional documentation and support business users.</li><li>Collaborate with technical and cross-functional SAP teams.</li><li>Support deployment and post-go-live activities.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.</li><li>Hands-on experience gathering business requirements, configuring SAP FICO solutions, and supporting testing activities.</li><li>Experience supporting enhancements and production support for SAP FICO solutions.</li><li>Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM and SD, particularly across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.</li><li>Experience across core SAP FICO process areas, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience working in large enterprise environments.</li><li>Experience with end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations or support.</li><li>SAP FICO certification.</li></ul> <ul><li>Private Health Insurance</li><li>Training &amp; Development</li></ul>
