In this role, you will help clients optimize vehicle sales and after-sales operations, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to support critical processes and ensure solutions are aligned with real operational requirements.</p>Responsibilities<ul><li>Gather and analyze business requirements related to automotive sales and after-sales processes.</li><li>Configure and support SAP S/4HANA solutions within the relevant functional areas.</li><li>Work with SAP VMS for vehicle-related sales and business processes.</li><li>Support SAP VSS processes for vehicle after-sales services.</li><li>Support after-sales parts processes with strong understanding of SAP SD and MM.</li><li>Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.</li><li>Perform impact assessments and support solution design activities.</li><li>Prepare and execute functional testing, including integration and UAT.</li><li>Support enhancements, incidents, change requests, and production issues.</li><li>Prepare functional documentation and support business users.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout delivery and support.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Functional Consulting experience at a senior level.</li><li>Strong experience in automotive sales and after-sales business processes, including after-sales parts processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP VMS and/or SAP VSS, along with strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.</li><li>Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solution designs.</li><li>Hands-on experience across the SAP delivery lifecycle, including integration testing and UAT, enhancements and change requests, production incident/support activities, and independently handling delivery lifecycle responsibilities.</li><li>Experience working directly with business stakeholders across automotive sales and after-sales processes, including requirements discussions and workshops.</li><li>Experience coordinating closely with remote technical and SAP functional teams throughout delivery and support.</li><li>Fluent English communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with SAP CS, SAP CRM, and SAP Fiori.</li><li>Familiarity with SAP integration.</li></ul>
