<div class="trix-content"> <div>Join our innovative team and help us in shaping the future of Technology!<br> <br> <strong>About Us:<br></strong><br> VXForward is a leading technology solutions provider that helps to create a business value with innovative and cost-effective services across different industries.<br> <br> <strong>Why Join Us:<br> </strong> </div><ul> <li>Exciting Projects, Meaningful Impact</li> <li>Continuous Learning and Growth</li> <li>State-of-the-Art Technologies</li> <li>Collaborative Team Environment</li> <li>Make a Real Difference</li> <li>Work-Life Balance</li> </ul><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br> • Use Case Discovery: Facilitate workshops with IRS stakeholders to identify and prioritize business processes suitable for automation via Agentforce.<br> • Requirement Engineering: Document detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and "Agent Instructions" (prompts) to ensure AI behaviors align with IRS policies.<br> • Process Mapping: Create "as-is" and "to-be" process flows, specifically identifying where AI agents can intervene to reduce manual touchpoints or improve data accuracy.<br> • AI Governance & Testing: Define testing strategies for AI grounding and accuracy; participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure agents do not produce hallucinations and adhere to security constraints.<br> • Change Management: Develop training materials and documentation to help IRS personnel transition to working alongside autonomous digital assistants.<br> <br> <strong>Required Qualifications<br></strong><br> • <strong>Clearance</strong>: Must hold an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance.<br>• Experience: 4+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 1 year focused on AI-driven solutions or automated workflows.<br>• Agentforce Knowledge: Practical experience defining "Topics" and "Actions" within the Agentforce framework.<br><br><strong>Certifications:</strong><br> o Required: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.<br> o Required: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.<br>• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (how data feeds the Agent).<br>• Expertise in Salesforce Flow (the "Actions" the Agent will execute).<br>• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart for requirement tracking and visualization.<br>• Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex AI concepts (like grounding and LLM reasoning) to non-technical federal leadership.<br> <br>VXForward is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
